Can you ship to HI, AK, and/or other territories?

Yes, we are able to ship there! Simply input your address during the checkout process, and we will process your order.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 1 - 3 business days of processing, handling, and production time for your order to ship out. Our team carefully inspects all items before they ship out for quality control. A tracking number will be provided to the email that you indicated on file when placing the order.

Will I receive a tracking number?

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we have it. This typically takes anywhere from 24 hours and up to 3 business days, depending on demand and weekends/holidays. We ship out orders as soon as we can. We work with a variety of carriers within the U.S. such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and more.

How can I return an item?

We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@dealhoper.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Where do you ship from?

Depending on our buyers' locations, we ship from several of our warehouses across the east and west coasts of the continental United States.

Can I cancel an order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email us. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
